Official Plan Amendment - Draft Lakeview Waterfront Major Node Policies
These proposed policies support the implementation of the Inspiration Lakeview Master Plan by enshrining the principles and guidelines of the Master Plan into Mississauga’s Official Plan. These policies will be incorporated into the Official Plan as an Official Plan Amendment. The proposed policies are still in draft, and the City is currently inviting comments from the public and key stakeholders as part of the Official Plan Amendment process.

Further Studies
Access to the Western Pier Study
As a priority project, the City of Mississauga is leading a study to investigate the provision of public access to the Western Pier in advance of full site redevelopment. This study is undertaking environmental and technical analysis as a first step to support enabling this public access.
Innovation Corridor Feasibility Study
The goal of the project is to develop a Market Analysis and Economic Feasibility Study for the Serson Place Innovation Corridor and Serson Campus as identified in the Inspiration Lakeview Master Plan, as well as the Small Arms Inspection Building.
