Decisions of the Committee of Adjustment may be appealed to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fee. Appeals must be filed within 20 days of the date of the Committee’s written Decision, and must include the reasons for the appeal as well as the applicable $300.00 fee by certified cheque or money order payable to the “Minister of Finance” and a separate $300.00 Municipal Administration Fee payable to the “City of Mississauga”. It should be noted that only individuals, corporations and public bodies may appeal decisions to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal. An unincorporated association or group may not file a Notice of Appeal.
