Decisions of the Committee of Adjustment may be appealed to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fee. Appeals must be filed within 20 days of the date of the Committee’s written Decision, and must include the reasons for the appeal as well as the applicable $300.00 fee by certified cheque or money order payable to the “Minister of Finance” and a separate $300.00 Municipal Administration Fee payable to the “City of Mississauga”. It should be noted that only individuals, corporations and public bodies may appeal decisions to the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal.
