My name is Elizabeth Banfalvi and I have been teaching meditation and doing workshops on stress relief since 1996. In 2008, I started writing a series of meditation books. So far I have written 7 books and I am looking forward to adding more on a variety of topics. I am also the co-founder of the Mississauga Writers Group which is a group of writers who meet once a month to share ideas and experiences.
